These Promotional Terms apply to discounts, promotional codes, free access offers, credits, extended trials, referral incentives, and other special offers provided by Red Hills Operations.

Offer Eligibility

Promotional offers are available only to eligible customers and may be limited by account, business, email address, payment method, geographic location, subscription plan, or other stated criteria.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are intended for the original recipient and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered during signup or checkout and must be valid at the time of redemption.

• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
• Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Codes may apply only to specific plans, features, billing periods, or customer groups.
• Lost, expired, deactivated, or incorrectly entered codes may not be replaced.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing applies only for the period described in the applicable offer. After the promotional period ends, the subscription will renew at the then-current standard price unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Any applicable taxes, usage charges, add-ons, integrations, or services not included in the promotion remain the customer's responsibility.

Free and Extended Trials

Promotional trials may extend or modify the standard trial period. Unless otherwise stated, a valid payment method may be required to begin a trial.

When a trial ends, the selected subscription will begin automatically and the payment method on file will be charged unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial expiration date.

Promotional Credits

Promotional credits may be applied only to eligible Red Hills Operations charges and have no cash value. Credits may expire and may be forfeited when an account is cancelled, suspended, or closed.

Promotional credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or used to purchase services outside the scope of the applicable offer.

Referral Promotions

Referral promotions may be subject to additional eligibility, verification, and account-status requirements. Referral rewards may be withheld or reversed if a referred account is fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ineligible.

Account and Offer Limits

Red Hills Operations may limit the number of promotional offers available to a customer, business, household, payment method, or related group of accounts.

Creating multiple accounts, misrepresenting eligibility, or using automated or deceptive methods to obtain promotional benefits is prohibited.

Modification or Cancellation of Offers

Red Hills Operations may modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotional offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect promotional benefits already validly applied unless the offer was obtained through fraud, abuse, error, or violation of these terms.

Errors and Abuse

Red Hills Operations may reject, revoke, or correct any promotion affected by technical error, pricing error, unauthorized disclosure, fraud, misuse, or activity inconsistent with the purpose of the offer.

Accounts involved in promotional abuse may lose promotional benefits and may be suspended or terminated.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Promotional Terms supplement the Red Hills Operations Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any offer-specific conditions presented during signup or checkout.

If an offer includes specific written terms that conflict with this policy, the offer-specific terms will control for that promotion.
