Your Business Data

Your business data remains your property. Red Hills Operations does not sell customer data or use private customer information to train public AI models.

Customer data is logically isolated between businesses and protected using tenant-based security controls.

AI Processing

When you enable an AI capability, approved AI infrastructure providers may process limited customer content, document excerpts, and search queries as necessary to deliver that capability. This may include Knowledge Base indexing, embedding generation, semantic search, AI employee knowledge retrieval, AI-generated responses, and other AI capabilities you explicitly enable.

This processing is limited to providing, operating, securing, and supporting the purchased or explicitly enabled services. Customer data is not sold, used for advertising, or intentionally shared with other customers. Private business data is not submitted to public web search, and use of an approved provider does not grant permission to use customer content as model-training data. API data is not used for provider model training by default unless a customer explicitly opts in through an approved process.

Knowledge grounding retrieves bounded indexed excerpts rather than granting unrestricted access to uploaded files. Retrieval, generated answers, and supporting citations remain scoped to the customer, eligible AI employee, and assigned Knowledge collections. Durable citation records may retain response-time source names and historical generation provenance so prior playground answers can continue to identify archived, superseded, or unavailable source versions.

Service Providers and Subprocessors

Red Hills Operations uses service providers and subprocessors for functions such as hosting, payment processing, security, support, and approved AI infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to perform services for Red Hills Operations and are subject to applicable contractual, technical, and privacy safeguards.

Customer content, search queries, and derived customer data such as indexed chunks, embeddings, and citation provenance remain tenant-scoped. They are retained and deleted in accordance with our applicable policies, the customer-enabled feature, legal obligations, and relevant provider agreements. Retention may vary by data type and processing purpose.

Payment Information

Payment information is processed by Stripe. Red Hills Operations does not store or process full payment card numbers or security codes. Stripe securely manages payment processing on our behalf.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain customer information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.
