Lawful and Authorized Use

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and only with information, systems, accounts, and content you are authorized to access or control.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Red Hills Operations to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
• Commit fraud, deception, impersonation, identity theft, or other unlawful acts.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Create, distribute, or facilitate malicious software, phishing, spam, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
• Interfere with platform availability, security, performance, or integrity.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, permissions, safeguards, or security protections.
• Upload or process content you do not have the legal right to use.
• Use AI employees to make unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized representations.
• Develop or operate weapons, malware, destructive systems, or other harmful capabilities.

Sensitive and High-Risk Uses

The platform must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that may significantly affect a person's legal rights, health, safety, finances, employment, housing, education, insurance, or access to essential services.

Appropriate human review, professional judgment, and lawful procedures must be used for high-impact or safety-critical activities.

Personal and Confidential Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the lawful authority to collect, upload, process, and instruct AI employees to use personal, confidential, regulated, or proprietary information.

• Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information when less sensitive information will accomplish the same purpose.
• Do not expose private business information through public search tools or external requests.
• Use the minimum permissions necessary for each user, AI employee, tool, and integration.
• Remove access when it is no longer needed.

AI Employee Conduct

Customers are responsible for configuring, supervising, and reviewing the AI employees they deploy.

• Provide accurate, lawful, and appropriate instructions.
• Review tool permissions and connected systems.
• Use human oversight for consequential actions.
• Correct or disable workflows that produce harmful, misleading, or unauthorized results.
• Clearly disclose automated interactions where required by law or appropriate to the context.

Platform Security

You may not probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, or attempt to defeat platform security except where expressly authorized in writing by Red Hills Operations.

Suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access should be reported promptly rather than exploited.

Third-Party Services

Use of connected third-party services must comply with their applicable terms, permissions, and legal requirements. Customers are responsible for maintaining proper authorization for connected accounts and integrations.

Enforcement

Red Hills Operations may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, the platform, or the public.

We may also preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of these policies.
