Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
Red Hills Operations customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. This policy explains when cancellation takes effect, how billing is handled, and what happens to account access after cancellation.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription through your account billing settings when self-service cancellation is available.
You may also request cancellation by contacting Red Hills Operations at support@redhillsoperations.com.
Cancellation During a Free Trial
If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged for the subscription.
Access may continue through the remainder of the trial period unless the account is closed earlier at your request or suspended for a violation of our policies.
Cancellation of a Paid Subscription
Paid subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during cancellation.
Your subscription will not renew after the effective cancellation date, and no additional recurring subscription charge will be made.
Charges Before Cancellation
Cancellation does not reverse charges that were validly incurred before the cancellation request.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or when required by applicable law.
Access After Cancellation
You may continue using paid subscription features through the end of your current billing period unless your access is suspended or terminated for a policy violation, security concern, or legal requirement.
After cancellation becomes effective, access to AI employees, premium features, integrations, stored configurations, and other subscription services may be limited or removed.
Customer Data
Customers should export any information they wish to retain before their subscription access ends.
Customer information may be retained for a limited period after cancellation for account recovery, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes.
Add-Ons and Integrations
Cancelling a primary subscription may also cancel or disable add-ons, paid integrations, usage-based services, and features associated with that subscription.
Customers should review all active services and billing items before completing cancellation.
Reactivation
An eligible cancelled account may be reactivated by selecting an available subscription plan and providing a valid payment method.
Previous pricing, promotional offers, credits, configurations, or stored data may not remain available after cancellation.
Before You Cancel
- Review your next billing date.
- Export any business information you wish to retain.
